Jane Shaw RCST BCST
Jane helps her clients to find relief from pain, both physical and emotional. As a holistic health practitioner she guides them towards a healthier, happier and more balanced life.

Jane's life long belief in the connection between the mind and the body led her to train as a craniosacral therapist with the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in London. Jane works with both adults and mothers and babies and is particularly interested in the effects of trauma and the psychophysiological roots of pain.

She previously worked as a Finance Director in the PR industry where she saw the ill effects stressful lives can have on health. She aims to show clients how to access and maximise their inner health and to find balance in their physical and emotional well-being while juggling their business and personal lives.

Jane is a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and continues to actively participate in and learn from the research and development in holistic health. She is a tutor on Craniosacral Practitioner trainings and has assisted on the CTET Anatomy and Physiology training.

Jane has also trained in Self Regulation Therapy® with the Canadian Foundation for Trauma Research and Education, a psychophysiological approach used by NHS trusts in Northern Ireland to assist in the resolution of many physical and emotional disorders including post-traumatic stress disorder.

Jane is originally from Ireland and still loves to walk along the Irish beaches and in the mountains. She practises daily yoga and meditation.
