This is the perfect break for anyone wanting a rest from stressful hectic city life, for those in need of stillness, quiet and a concentrated rest.

Le Grand Banc is a private hide away to renew and refresh your mind and body, in a place of total peace.

Relax on your own private terrace or with others around the pool overlooking the stunning Luberon, as well as exploring the beautiful countryside on foot.

Guests can also learn new practices to access and maximise inner health and to find balance in their physical and emotional well-being to help juggle their busy business and personal lives once back at home.

Set in 400 acres of farmland, scrub oak, lavender and orchard, Le Grand Banc is totally secluded from the outside world.

Le Grand Banc is a private hamlet with accommodation spread throughout several houses, each decorated in an individual, simple and eclectic style. The interiors combine a wealth of wonderful paintings, objets d'art and furniture predominately of the 50's, 60's and 70's era. There will be a maximum of 12 guests.

At 2,600 feet above sea level, with almost zero humidity, the nights are cool and days mosquito free.

Come and be nurtured by Jane Shaw and her team at the beautiful Grand Banc, high in the Provencale hills. Tuesday 27th or Wednesday 28th July to Sunday 1st August 2010.

Prices from £750 to £945 per person to include:

• All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• One individual body treatment
• Guided walks

A non refundable deposit of £200 is requested and full payment by 6th July 2010.

• Train: TGV Avignon
