They are women who sense their truth but have learned to manage, soften, or silence it to belong and be safe. My somatic women-centred coaching approach draws from my SIMPLE Listening™ body of work - a relational and somatic methodology that cultivates biological safety and more; it reaches into a knowing at the heart of your being where something essential begins to reorganise. Truth can emerge and power can return naturally—not as dominance or performance, but as embodied sovereignty that allows women to lead, speak, and belong without harm or self-betrayal.

This coaching programme is grounded in my 20 years of working with embodied presence, Jungian depth psychology, trauma-informed neurobiology and Women’s Centred Coaching.

In as little as 3 months, you will stay grounded in your body and speak your truth clearly—in meetings, in conflict, or in moments of visibility—without people pleasing or diluting your message.

  • I support women who carry responsibility, conscience, and influence—often more than has felt safe to express.

    Many of the women who come to me are leaders in societal, ecological, or cultural transition. They are deeply committed to change, yet quietly worn down by the very systems they are trying to transform.

    These are systems that were not built with women in mind—systems in which female authority is doubted, scrutinised, or undermined as a matter of course. Over time, this lands in the body as much as the psyche. Depletion becomes normal. Self‑doubt creeps in. Many women adapt by tightening, self‑monitoring, or muting parts of themselves in order to persist.

    In 3 months, over 10 coaching sessions, you will: receive a depth self-exploration for a more refined self knowing; identify structures to support your unique self-expression; and finally co-create a personalised system that ensures continued embodied sovereignty.

    All my coaching follows a women-centred trauma-informed somatic approach, through a depth psychological lens, drawing from my signature programme SIMPLE Listening™, a relational and somatic framework that cultivates more than biological safety; it reaches into a knowing at the heart of your being where something essential begins to reorganise.

    I offer a bespoke programme to deeply listen to your vision and offer a growth pathway that tends to sustainable transformation – in your body, your relationships, and your purpose in the world.

Our session will be

  • Personalised

    I will work with you to assess your current life priorities to create a personalised plan to fit your unique needs and goals. We use sensory intuitive listening to better understand your true needs and desires.

  • Targeted

    We will spend time getting to know you deeply, to identify stuck places and barriers to your full life expression. I will work closely with you to celebrate your places of resource and strength, as well as help identify and overcome the areas of challenge.

  • Integrative

    We will work on a plan together to ensure it best fits with your current life. I listen and adjust where necessary so that implementing the supportive practices is as simple as possible.
